A NexHus is more than just a home. It is a carefully assembled whole of sustainable materials, smart constructions, and thoughtful choices. Everything contributes to quality, comfort, and a long lifespan with respect for nature and the resident.
Strong, light, and reusable
The foundation of every NexHus consists of a steel frame made of cold-formed profiles. Light in weight, but exceptionally strong.
As a result, the foundation can be executed lighter, and transportation remains efficient. The steel construction is fully reusable, low-maintenance, and insensitive to moisture or pests.

Sustainability & vision
Building with respect for tomorrow
For walls, floors, and roofs, we use Kingspan QuadCore® sandwich panels. The panels eliminate thermal bridges and offer high insulation values:
Floor: 3.7 m²K/W
Facades: 4.7 m²K/W
Roof: 6.3 m²K/W
The core is environmentally friendly, EPD-certified, and contains no CFCs. This keeps the indoor climate pleasant, with minimal energy demand.
Protected against weather and time
Roof
The sloping roof is made with corrugated sheet metal, coated with zinc and polyester coating (RAL 7016).
Strong, waterproof and resistant to corrosion.
The flat roof is finished with Firestone RubberGard™ EPDM, including integrated drainage to ground level.
Weather- and UV-resistant, designed for years of carefree use.
Protected against weather and time
Cladding
The facades are covered with Thermowood and sheet piling.
Thermally modified wood falls into durability class 1–2 and has a lifespan of 20 years or more.
Interior finishing
Walls and ceiling are finished with Fermacell® gypsum fiber boards: strong,
fire-resistant, and sound-absorbing.
Made from recycled gypsum and cellulose fibers — environmentally friendly and robust.
Standardly painted white, with space for wood accents as desired.
Floors are equipped with wood-look vinyl (Parquet vinyl).
Suitable for underfloor heating, maintenance-friendly, and seamlessly laid over the modules.
Installation

Every NexHus is standardly equipped with:

Hot water boiler integrated into the wall
LED lighting
Generous distribution of power outlets and light points
Internet and TV connection
The utility room is subtly integrated into the interior wall — functional and aesthetic.
