The houses of NexHus are designed by architect Ernest van ModuArte. His style is characterized by sharp lines, a lot of glass, and a refined simplicity that radiates calm. He designs not for attention, but for experience, for the way light fills a space and wood lives through the seasons. Each model, from STUGA to AVALON, is built from a clear idea: form follows function, but may also evoke emotion.

Building with respect for tomorrow
Sustainability is at the core of NexHus in every step, from design to material choice. We build with wood and circular components, with excellent insulation and preparation for solar panels, heat pumps, green roofs, and battery storage. By producing prefab, we limit transport, construction waste, and disruption to the environment. This way, we create homes that are ready for the future and contribute to a cleaner, quieter world.
