We are excited to announce that NexHus is participating in the beautiful project de Tuin van Keet! This recreational park under construction covers no less than 2 hectares and offers space for 42 plots where you can enjoy your own tiny house all year round. Whether you prefer a spot by the water or on the edge of the forest of the idyllic Ghoybos, there is something for everyone here.
What makes de Tuin van Keet so special?
De Tuin van Keet appeals to us immensely because it perfectly mirrors the core values we want to convey through our Tiny Houses. The park stands not only for relaxation and experiencing nature but also for sustainability and a sense of community. The province of South Holland has even provided a subsidy to turn Garden of Keet into a real green oasis!
What can you expect?
Vegetable garden: Grow your own vegetables and enjoy fresh harvests.
Orchard: Pick delicious fruit straight from the garden.
Nature play area: For the little ones, there is a play paradise in the middle of a meadow filled with flowers and grasses.
Food forest: Discover the wonders of nature and enjoy an abundance of edible plants.
The Tiny Houses of NexHus fully immerse in this natural environment. Of the 42 plots, NexHus will provide 17 with our beautiful tiny house models DUTCHA (47m²) and AVALON (55m²).

Would you also like to enjoy life in the midst of nature? Garden of Keet offers a unique opportunity for a small-scale recreational park where you can relax all year round, while the vibrancy of the city is always within reach. In just half an hour's drive, you are in Amsterdam, The Hague, or Leiden. And for adventurers, the Leiden city center is also accessible by water from your own or one of the shared docks.
